Despite only being founded in 1810, Bournemouth is the largest settlement in Dorset and is the centre for a number of financial institutions including JP Morgan Chase, Liverpool Victoria and Lloyds TSB. However, tourism forms a major part of the local industry, bringing over 440million to the area every year.

With its own University, International Airport and numerous sports teams, along with the beautiful beaches, Bournemouth is often voted as one of the most popular places to live in Britain.

Bournemouth is also the UK's first "Fibrecity" whereby the UK government are planning to bring 100Mbit/s speeds to homes across the region.
